Do you want to make your marriage last a lifetime?

We’ve discovered something to help you achieve just that! We highly recommend the Marriage Course. It’s a series of seven sessions aimed at enriching every marriage. The course is based on Biblical principles and was written by Nicky and Sila Lee at Holy Trinity Brompton Church. The topics covered include forgiveness, parents and in-laws, the five love languages and making time for each other and having fun together. Since we began running this course in Winchester in 2003 we have seen more than fifty couples benefit from the course, regardless of whether they have a faith of their own.

 

Neil & Sarah Keyworth, who have been married for twenty five years, oversee the courses, which are run centrally at the Middle Brook Centre or in the home of church members who have themselves benefited from it and wish to see other marriages similarly enriched.  Each evening starts with a meal then couples watch a DVD presentation from Nicky and Sila Lee.  There is no group work, but couples are encouraged to talk one-to-one, confidentially as points for discussion arise from the DVD presentation.

The course costs £50 and this includes the cost of all meals and materials.  The course itself runs over seven evenings, and is offered on different evenings of the week.
